A granite stone supplier was managing their entire stock — thousands of slabs, offcuts, and materials — using spreadsheets. Tracking jobs, stock levels, and customer orders was slow and error-prone.
What we built
A custom web and mobile stock-control app with real-time inventory tracking, job assignment, offcut management, user accounts, search, and reporting. Built as a PWA so the team can use it on phones on the warehouse floor.
