The problem
Thousands of slabs, offcuts and materials managed in spreadsheets. Tracking jobs, stock levels and customer orders was slow and error-prone — and one person deep.
What we built
A custom web and mobile stock-control app: real-time inventory, job assignment, offcut management, search and reporting. Built as a PWA so the team uses it on phones on the warehouse floor.
